At MassLabs 3D, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after:
- Payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed.
- Design files and project specifications have been approved.
- Any required customer approvals have been completed.
Production times vary depending on the complexity, size, and scope of the project. Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the quoting and ordering process.
Shipping Methods
MassLabs 3D ships orders through reputable carriers, including but not limited to:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Other regional or freight carriers when appropriate
The shipping carrier and service level will be selected based on the size, weight, destination, and timing requirements of the order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package dimensions
- Package weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Shipping charges will be provided during the quote or checkout process when applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided by MassLabs 3D are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
MassLabs 3D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring delivery arrangements can be completed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
MassLabs 3D is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping fees resulting from address corrections
- Lost shipments due to inaccurate customer-provided information
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, customers should:
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Take photographs of the package and contents.
- Notify MassLabs 3D within 7 days of delivery.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with carrier claims and resolution efforts.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any country-specific import requirements
MassLabs 3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready for collection.
Valid identification may be required at pickup.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
